Credit information

To rent a Joo apartment, you must have no derogatory marks on your credit report. We check every applicant’s credit report. If you have only minor derogatories or you’ve paid off the balance and had an REF entry added on your report, you can still apply. We’ll be in touch once we’ve gone through your application.
